There is a young woman that works at the counter. She is always very nice, knowledgeable about all things FedEx. She so patient. FedEx is lucky to have her.

The front desk attendant was wonderful! She even called me back (I when my package returned from being out on the route (I needed to pick my package up after I missed it at my house). Above and beyond customer service!
