The fedex worker is not helpful at all. He didnt greet people nor say anything. When asked questions, he just replied , " i don't know, and you have to buy anything you use". He doesn't even help to seal the envelop. Wow! Their services has gone down drastically...

The ship center itself is attractive with convenient parking and generally friendly staff. But the sum of all the parts is sadly lacking. I have been directed by numerous companies to take returns to this FedEx shipping center, yet several times they refused to accept items due to weight or batteries. On more than one occasion I was directed to this center in order to pick up items, but they were not available. All-in-all very frustrating.

Very helpful staff with a good service. I have used their printer, and fax machines. Also, once, I ordered a huge poster to be printed at this location.

During the first 2 attempts to deliver the package, no door tags were put on the door. All 3 DTs were placed by the driver on the third attempt. Called in to hold the package at this location, but unfortunately, it was sent to overgoods in MS.

bad attitude, lost package. have some visual and mental issue. Recommend them go to hospital as soon as possible.

Any company that won't let you talk to a human, and make it so you have to talk to an automated system, isn't a business worth using. Especially when it's "your" money you are using.I'll stick with UPS.

Don't waste your money to use FedEx when shipping internationally. I used the fastest service for an envelope with some documents, paying almost $85. It was guaranteed to be there by 6 pm in two days. When I called after the guaranteed time, VOILA!, they have an excuse ready - "It was delayed at customs." Basically no guarantee at all. I recommend to use USPS instead in a little over half price. Delivery time normally just one more day in maximum per my experience.

So my family was all at home anticipating our package. The driver stopped long enough to put a sticker on our door but didn't scan it so we could track our package (an apple phone) or make delivery arrangements. So I had to rush to the store/package warehouse, 20 minutes away. Since he wasnt back I had to return and hour later. The whole thing took about 3 hours of my day. Unacceptable. I only gave 3 stars because the store employees were frie dly and helpful.

Needed overnight for Friday morning, missed overnight and arrived Saturday, Ann Arbor couldn't guarantee it would evwn be delivered Saturday. They are closed on Sunday (what???) so they were telling us Monday on a overnight from Thursday. Had someone pick it up. Zero stars for AA site.
