Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery is an amazing and wonderful store with a beautiful, unmatched selection of high-end bath, kitchen, and lighting products from renowned brands. The showroom has everything clearly marked and on display, with items and prices easy to see, offering a lot to look at to compare styles, colors, and value. While it is nearly impossible to get an appointment due to being very busy, and wait times can be long, the experience is well worth the wait. The staff is friendly, helpful, and extremely apologetic when needed. Consultants work by appointment, providing personalized, expert support. These specialists are patient, knowledgeable, constructive, and very organized, giving great advice and tips. Their knowledge spans both homeowner and builder needs, offering helpful information and suggestions regarding quality, form, and function. They provide the plusses and minuses of each decision, give design ideas, and allow clients the freedom to take their time to choose confidently. They can also quickly find items not in the store for comparison. The showroom experience is pleasant and informative. For those who know what they want, staff can sometimes assist between appointments. The product delivery is correct, on time, and communication is great. The overall experience is enjoyable and highly recommended for anyone designing a new home or renovating a room.
Absolutely wonderful store. They have items you won’t find anywhere else. A lot of high end items, but not outrageous. Beautiful stock on display. Staff friendly and helpful. So glad we went here.

We used this establishment to purchase a sink and faucet for our kitchen remodel. The showroom experience was pleasant and informative and the product delivery was correct and on time. An enjoyable experience.

It's nearly impossible to get an appt here since they're so busy, but the do have really nice stuff. One salesperson rook pity on me since I knew exactly what I wanted and made an order for me between her clients. Communication was great, delivery was great. I'll go back again
