As a tattoon shop owner i was absolutely impressed with staff(very friendly) and cleanliness of their rooms. very professional! Matt was awesome with my 5yr old daughter getting her first piercings(with Kaylees help) Clare at the front was patient and friendly with my kiddo as well and they even went and got her a birthday card and personalized it! So awesome! Ty ty ty oh and they rocked my nose piercing as well! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience getting my septum pierced here. Jef was friendly and obviously educated on safe piercing practices. I felt relaxed, safe, and taken care of! Gamma has a modest but lovely jewelry selection as well, and I was able to find the piece I wanted.

I have now gotten 4 piercings from Gamma and the only way I’ll ever go anywhere else is if I leave Michigan! Each piercer is extremely talented and value customers knowing everything that is happening! I’ve gone so many times that they know my name now lol! Prices are expensive but i’d rather get a service that was expensive knowing that the material going in my body is quality! Will definitely continue going back the next time I feel the urge for a piercing!!

I’ve gotten my helix pierced by Tinker and just got my nose pierced by Matt, excellent experience both times!
Matt was super kind and knowledgeable, I’ve had my nose pierced at other places in the past and this is the best experience I had even with pain being minimal
Staff was really helpful too in picking out a good size stud because I would have looked crazy with the one I originally picked out lol
Liked that there was also more affordable jewelry available too

I got my first nostril piercing done a few weeks ago and I have to say I had an amazing experience. Matt was my piercer and he was so kind and he explained every step thoroughly to help ease my nerves. All the staff there were great and took their time to explain cleaning and jewelry care and honestly it was a very comfortable and non judgemental environment. Definitely was worth the drive and the price.

In 2019 Jeff pierced my ears for second holes in each ear at their old store off of Forest. He did a great job! Their place was clean and tidy and they follow strict protocols with sanitization. They give you a lot of after care info too. It was top notch!
Over the years I haven’t always worn earrings and one of the newer holes shrunk up a lot. I had trouble getting an earring in and poked and prodded it so much it was practically oozing. I realized that if it wasn’t starting to close, all the irritation I caused would probably make it close more. I waited a few days for the irritation to go away and it seemed harder than ever to get an earring in. I went to their new store on Liberty and Kaylee helped me! She found the exit and entrance and could see that the hole had shrunk. She did her magic and I now have a new earring in the hole that luckily was able to be stretched rather than re-pierced. Both times the skill level was exceptional as was the cleanliness and also courtesy level! Such a great place to go! I will never go anywhere else as long as they are here!

They took great care of both of my daughters 10 and 14. They were very clear on proper cleaning and neither of them have had any issues with infections. They are very professional and made both of them feel at ease.

I had an appointment with Matt yesterday to get my nose pierced in three spots. It was a wonderful experience he was very sweet and the ladies up front were so helpful both on the phone and in person. They have a phenomenal selection of jewelry.

I have a piercing that was done by another piercer who is not always readily available so I called Gamma. I need to remove my piercing for a medical procedure and I need a taper to get it back in. I asked if I could purchase one from them and they said we can just give you one.
When I arrived, I was promptly greeted and I explained that I called earlier in the day about the taper. The front desk employee was quick to make recommendations and answer the questions I had.
Just from my initial experience, I will gladly be going back.

Very friendly staff. My ear piercings closed after many, many years of being pierced. We were moving, and I was desperate to get them reopened. I walked in off the street, not knowing I needed an appointment. They were extremely friendly and very accommodating. I had to wait a short time due to lack of appointment but it was worth it. The young lady did a great job. I wish I could remember her name, though. She was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. It's definitely a great place for piercings.

I've had a lot of piercings, but this place really blew me away with their professionalism, communication, and care. Best place to get pierced in A2 for sure. :)

What a beautiful place to get pierced! Immediately as you walk in you are greeted and welcomed. The employees are fabulous and knowledgeable. The way you get to look at the jewelry is unlike any other piercing studio I’ve been in, and they carry only the best jewelry. It’s squeaky clean from the front door to the bathroom. Kira, our piercer, made the whole room calm and comfortable. She walked us through every step of the process and before you knew it, we had beautiful nose piercings! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will be back for size downs and jewelry changes!

Great experience! My sons got their ears pierced. Nathaniel did an amazing job explaining everything, making them comfortable and asking permission before doing each step. Very clean, their piercings look great! It is appointment only, but Nathaniel was able to shift an appointment to fit us in. Great customer service. Just an FYI if you're taking a minor, you'll need a birth certificate, I should have looked before heading in, I could've saved myself a trip back home.
