“I ordered an upgraded wireless internet gateway via the app and didn't get any guidance on returning the old one. Called customer service and they said to drop it at this location. Turns out that's not exactly the protocol.
KaRon was excellent to work with. Sorted out the return of the old internet device. While we were on with central customer service sorting that out, he saw that he could get me a new iPhone, lower my monthly bill by a little, and save me money on Netflix/HBO.”

We hopped in our car and started driving away when T-Mobile employee MIKE ran out of the store and gave us 2 blankets. What an incredible act of kindness. He made my 2 girls day!
