I recently visited Lids to purchase some hats for my son's birthday. The employee who helped me was very kind and helpful, providing me with solid suggestions and answering all of my questions. I wish I could remember her name, but I lost the paper with it on it.
I ended up purchasing a U of M hat and an old school Pistons hat for my son, and I also had the stitch work done on one of the hats. I am extremely happy with the way the hat turned out, and I highly recommend Lids to anyone looking for a great selection of hats and friendly customer service.
Thank you to the employee who helped me at Lids! Your kindness and helpfulness made my shopping experience a pleasure.
