Metro by T-Mobile provides fantastic and helpful customer service. Employees are very helpful and informative, offering amazing assistance. One customer had a frustrating pop-up issue that was fixed within 15 minutes, with the problem explained clearly. Another customer wanting a new phone was in and out the door in literally 15 minutes, describing it as one of the best experiences ever with customer service. Every customer walking in is assisted immediately. The store clerks are especially helpful, a great new group of folks who earned their five stars by doing a great job assisting their customers.
