“Went to the wireless phone store one of those dreaded trips that you hate and you just know it's going to be a all day event and the sales person is going to try to sell you the most expensive phones in the store and try to tell you any of the free phones that come with the plan are not very good but if that's what you want I'll give it to you but you're going to wish you listened to me well he was right about that but that's my fault Austin and Moe were great and they did make it fun and not as dreadful as the phone store trip is gave us a great plan with awesome prices and since they didn't have cases or screen protectors he covered insurance for 1 month on him Moe transfered all my data and pictures the two of them are a great asset to total wireless I do and will recommend anyone to them”
“I just left Verizon store on Zeeb Road in Ann Arbor and had the pleasure working with the staff there. Josh is the man they made transferring a phone line seamless and so easy. I have been to many Verizon stores in the Ann Arbor area with no luck and bad service but the Zeeb Rd service and all the guys in there especially Josh deserve promotions and lots of money seriously they made my life so easy.”

A customer spent at least 30 minutes insisting Noah fix a problem with a brand-new T-Mobile contract. He calmly explained, over and over, that he couldn’t access T-Mobile accounts and that the T-Mobile store was literally two blocks away.
Meanwhile, I was getting frustrated on Noah’s behalf, but he never lost his composure. He stayed polite, patient, and genuinely kind the entire time. Not once did he change his tone or show any attitude, despite being tested by one of the most relentless customers I’ve ever seen.
When it was finally my turn to simply pay my bill, Noah was just as friendly and helpful as if nothing had happened. Metro is lucky to have him. Give that man a raise—or at least a trophy for patience! 🏆”
