On June 15, 2026, Brad and Dale treated me with patience, professionalism, and genuine empathy. Resolving my situation required more than an hour on the phone with customer service, but they remained engaged throughout the entire process and never made me feel like I was a burden. Brad helped me navigate several complex account changes, including changing the primary account holder, purchasing a new iPhone, and bundling my phone with wireless service.
What could have been an incredibly stressful experience turned into a positive one because of their persistence and outstanding customer service. “Deciding to go to this particular Total Wireless store turned out to be a very good decision. This was the most seamless , well almost, new phone transfer ever. There was some updates to be done and those take time, no ones fault, it just takes time. The the data transfer was seamless! I had a ton of stuff, one drive. I was getting frustrated until we went into the store and the gentleman had fixed im the pop up issue within 15 minutes! He explained what the problem was and how to fix it myself. KaRon was excellent to work with. Sorted out the return of the old internet device. While we were on with central customer service sorting that out, he saw that he could get me a new iPhone, lower my monthly bill by a little, and save me money on Netflix/HBO.”
