The pod had a nice hardwood floor surface in it and it was easy to use and easy to clean. Pick up and drop off was cinch. They took care of everything. We will definitely use this team again when we remodel our basement.”

“Brandon, the Branch Manager, went above and beyond to help my family out when we were placed in a time crunch situation. We needed assistance from U-Haul to support a specific time frame for unloading our U-Boxes due to having a family full of first responders and organizing around their schedules. In addition, our unload had to allow us time to prepare for laying my father’s ashes to rest within 1 week. There were large and small items in those U-boxes that were needed for the family gathering for my father’s service. Brandon took upon himself to eliminate any roadblock and single handedly made sure we were taken care of within the timeframe needed. He was a blessing at a very difficult time.”
