“Made an appointment for an oil change at 10:00. Dropped the car off at 10:05, let them know I would be waiting. Came back at 11:15 to pick up the car, it had always taken about an hour in the past. They hadn't even started working on it, so I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Update: The owner reached out and took steps to rectify the situation.”

I have a rusted out 1998 that they have seen 3 times (ignition, exhaust, and window), and every time they told me all of the options, and what was actually necessary to fix to get it road-worthy. “Longtime customer of uncle Ed’s here. I like to go on Mondays when Troy is working because he is friendly and extra thorough. Don’t tell corporate this, but one time, with a new to me vehicle, I wasn’t sure when the last oil change was, and I brought it there for a check And Troy let me know that the oil was clean and full and he would wait another 1500 miles before changing it, it’s rare to find honesty like that these days. Lifetime customer here. . Additionally, I went somewhere else nearby one time because it was less expensive, and they didn’t put my drain plug back on, and all of the oil leaked out of my car and almost killed my car completely, lesson learned, I will not stray.”
“In/Out fast. Place never has a line despite them using Mobil 1 on a full synthetic 0W/20 change. Regular price with tax was $74 and change. Which is exactly the same as Honda charges with a $10 coupon. Tech was polite and efficient.”
