“Recently, I was in need of a last-minute exhaust repair. I called around to a handful of shops close to me, but the only one that could see me the following morning was Mr. Muffler. After I brought the car in, I was shown the issue and given a couple options. I took the option that would require the most time (this option would have likely saved me another repair in the short term). Even with this option, the repair was completed very quickly. I was very appreciative of the fast turnaround. I would certainly consider them in the future for other repairs.”

“Went in towards the end of the day and James welcomed us in. The crew was expeditious with tire pressure check/fill and window washing. James attacked the oil change pointing out the air filter could be changed but not a must. Since it was pressure free I said let’s do it.”

He assessed my car thoroughly and gave me an estimate. He even showed and explained to me the damage on my car. He fixed the issue same day, within an hour. “I stopped into Victor Oil after I left Star Dealership, who said that they changed my oil. I do have many videos where the oil was leaking. My oil light was on, and because these people are so spot on and so professional. I stopped in for their assistathe guy topped off my oil. Noted it in carfax. Try to find the leak that somehow started after I came from a dealership. Who just changed the oil? The team could not find that my oil was clean and was very unable to do anything professionally. They did help me with peace of mind and to get my vehicle home and park it with safety. So that I do not ruin my engine. This team has changed the oil in my vehicle before. But not with this car. I trust their judgment they are quality!”
