“This is our preferred neighborhood pet supply store but at the moment they're poorly stocked. They seem to have problems with some suppliers while other stores have the same items on the shelves. I hope they'll be fully stocked again soon.”

“Eons ago I was on a team of performing dogs that travelled around on behalf of and were sponsored by Pet Supplies Plus. Was always above-bar. Now I’m retired, lost our last baby last Fall, and we just adopted a little rescue man from the local humane society. Pet Supplies Plus, whom I haven’t shopped at in years, sent us a most-welcome 40% coupon allowing us to go get brand new items for our brand new puppy. Hadn’t been in one in years but it was the same helpful staff and great stock I had always remembered. And because of that one little coupon that came at the precise moment I needed it I will return there going forward. They’re close, they’re friendly, they’re helpful, and they care, which is my #1 indicator of a good pet store.”
“Went there to have my 100lb slightly reactive and starting to having arthritis German Shepherd groomed. I was more nervous than a parent leaving their child on the first day of school, but all the staff are so attentive and competent. They had her back to me in less than two hours beautifully groomed and looking very calm and happy.
The store and grooming area are immaculate, the staff is always friendly, products and services are reasonably priced. Will definitely return, they did a great job.”

“Store personnel was amazing. Helped try and find the correct harness for my puppy and gave tons of information. She was very informative and warned of things I was not aware of, listened to all concerns and offered a perfect option. Sadly the specific item was not in stock, but i will definitely return. Even went out of her way to help load items into my vehicle. Truly appreciate all the help 10/10”
