“Overall I had a very good experience. The mobile app option was super convenient, so much easier than going to the counter. A couple of suggestions to improve the process. Leave the key in the vehicle for renters who reserve on line. This would avoid the need to go inside to retrieve they key. Second, I requested a dolly and one wasn't in the truck and I didn’t realize until we arrived at our destination. Other than those two factors, I had a great overall experience.”
“My 23-year-old daughter was diagnosed with Hodgkin‘s lymphoma last year. She needed dry ice so she could use cold cap therapy during chemotherapy to try to save her hair. The wonderful people from Ann Arbor welding supply gave us the dry ice for free. What a wonderful business. We can’t thank them enough!”
“I believe his name was James, ( Tuesday, March 7 ) who answered the phone and politely asked me if he could put me on hold very briefly he reassured me - he then returned to the phone after a few seconds. He seemed very knowledgeable and answered every question I had about renting a van. He also mentioned that I could book the van immediately - even if I wasn't sure of my dates. Apparently there is no fee if you change your mind on the date you need the van, which I didn't know. It's very rare to get polite people on the phone these days - James did a great job! I will be renting a van from U-Haul soon, and I will let you know how that goes - thanks again, James!”

“Brandon, the Branch Manager, went above and beyond to help my family out when we were placed in a time crunch situation. We needed assistance from U-Haul to support a specific time frame for unloading our U-Boxes due to having a family full of first responders and organizing around their schedules. In addition, our unload had to allow us time to prepare for laying my father’s ashes to rest within 1 week. There were large and small items in those U-boxes that were needed for the family gathering for my father’s service. Brandon took upon himself to eliminate any roadblock and single handedly made sure we were taken care of within the timeframe needed. He was a blessing at a very difficult time.”
