Was in there with a web order exchange, Greg Sebastian assisted me. With all the tip culture and people wanting tips just for walking in the door, this was a time I would have been happy to tip. I actually asked if I could tip but was declined.
Greg had me use their foot measuring system, against my assessment and manual measuring.. had me go up a full size from what i thought I wore from the past. Glad i drove 45min, totally worth the peace of mind and the help I received. Thanks again Greg, you were great!

Came in looking for a good pair of shoes for teaching that were comfortable, durable, and stylish! Talked to Al and he immediately pointed out the perfect pair! Super friendly and I felt very welcomed (I had not been in this store before)! It’s a bit hidden but if you are looking for greats boots with sweet staff, recommend!

One of the best shopping experiences I've ever had. Josh was attentive, patient, and understanding. Listened to the problems I was having with other shoe companies and why I was looking for a change. He recommended many insightful and thorough solutions for problems I was having and narrowed down a shoe for me that was the perfect solution. I will continue to visit this store for years to come especially to see Josh and to continue to add more Redwings to my collection. Redwings are the best boots and shoes I have ever owned and my feet are always greatful. Thank you josh and Redwing shoes for making sure me and my feet are a priority.

Went in today to get my first pair of boots for a summer internship. I didn’t really know what to expect, but Alan welcomed me right away and gave great advice on finding the perfect pair for my feet. After scanning my feet and pointing out a few things that could use some attention, he got me fitted and ready to go. For my first time buying heavy-duty boots, it was a great experience. Big thanks to Alan for the pride he takes in his work!

Probably should have made a better choice in the type of boot that I bought. However red wings hold true to there warranty. It was very easy simple and quick to exchange for a new pair that were better for what I was doing. Josh awsome. Thanks.

Great Red Wing Store! I was able to work with both Josh and Greg the last couple days. They were able to answer all the questions I had and let me try on a ton of boots. They were both super patient with me which I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend shopping at this location. Thank you!

I visit this store twice a year to buy my dad's birthday & christmas gifts, and am greeted kindly and helped swiftly each time! Josh is awesome: remembers me when I come in and is of great assistance in my gifting endeavors - I absolutely recommend this store - great service & great products!!!
