Spice Tree Apartments is the best place to live in Ypsilanti or Ann Arbor. The apartments feature upgraded quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and a friendly office. The location is very good, conveniently located between Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor and just minutes away from the University of Michigan, Eastern Michigan University, Washtenaw Community College, I-94 and US‑23. People love a nice pool, exercise room and a safe neighborhood. Walking distance to grocery stores, a busy bus line, a large hospital, the American Red Cross donation center and community college makes daily life easy. Maintenance is quick and issues are fixed immediately. The process to move in is smooth, quick and easy, and the service is great. Overall the space is reasonably priced, friendly and highly recommended.
I had a great experience with Kerstin! She was able to make the move in process straightforward and smooth. I've been living here for only about 2 weeks now, but also noticed maintenance was very quick to respond about a laundry issue I had. So far, things are going very well and I am very happy with my choice

Been living here since 2021. After hearing reviews of other apartments, I just want to say that Spice Tree is one of the best living space out here. It’s reasonably priced, all issues are fixed immediately, friendly neighborhood and overall a safe place to live. Highly recommend!
