The location is great and very convenient, being right next to a bus stop, a short walk to classes, and near restaurants, grocery stores, and a gym. The building is relatively new and clean, with modern in-unit appliances like dishwashers and laundry machines. Residents appreciate the many amenities, including access to a gym, coffee, and popcorn Fridays. The staff are friendly and kind, and maintenance requests are resolved quickly and efficiently. It is overall a very nice and quiet place to live.
My daughter is studying to be an engineer and has lived at the Courtyards for 3 years now, and it's been a great experience for us. Good apartment. The room comes with full furniture, the location is great for North Campus, the front office staff is responsive and courteous, the on-site service is timely and professional. It would be perfect if the room were larger and the parking were cheaper, but overall great experience!

I’ve been living here for the past year and I really love everything the courtyards has to offer! I like that the staff here builds community with many socials and activities, there is always something fun going on!
