I am at the TIAA office in Ann Arbor trying to speak to someone able a problem with my account. They refuse to let me meet with anyone today. I have been here since 8:05 am and no others clients have come in. Very disagreeable people in this office. I would not recommend TIAA. They make very difficult to speak to someone.

Nice and friendly. But clients’ satisfaction is secondary.I have been trying to change some beneficiaries with my wife. Lots of talk, and it has not happened. I am not allowed to do it on line. In person, sessions are 30 minutes.

Never gets back with you, by email or phone.I’m taking my money out of TIAA and putting it into Fidelity. Fidelity customer service is way better.And TIAA don’t respond back to this review by telling me to call customer service because I’ve done so several times
