Am really pleased with the customer service offered by Austin. He saw the porting process thru to completion and skillfully navigated some obstacles put up by the service I was leaving. Great people skills -- he even speaks multiple languages, so bring him your phone issues in Portuguese, Spanish, Korean, or English :)

Switched over a phone line and Home Internet from Tmobile where I was paying over $130 per month. Now my bill is $80 !!! Great people and fantastic service. Also, Unlimited 5G on both phone and Home Internet. They also gave me Disney+ for free.

I went in with a lot of questions and the manager was very patient throughout my entire experience there. I suggest visiting this store if you're looking for a new plan
