310-320 W Ann St, Ann Arbor MI 48104
“Definitely a 5-star experience! They were incredibly helpful, carefully checked the issues with my car, and provided very useful advice. It was a great experience—unlike other stores I've visited before. They are truly honest about the condition of your car, which is such a relief for first-time car owners like me. This store should be your first choice! Trust me, they will address all your concerns with care. I’ll definitely recommend it to my friends who need car services. (ps. Don’t use Google Maps for navigation, it might lead you the wrong way.)”

“I had been informed by another auto expert that my problem was likely my driveshaft. I took it to Convenience Auto on Jewett in Ann Arbor and they diagnosed a much less expensive repair was needed in my wheel bearing. They fixed it in a day and my car with nearly 300,000 miles on it is working great! Plus the guys are very honest and nice. I've been there in the past, and I'll be back again. These guys keep me from having to buy a new car in this horrible economy! Thanks guys!”

“The driver John called me I communicated where I was ?Told him that I needed the tire change. He said he was on his way . He arrived 10 or 15 minutes later . Put the spare tire 🛞 on tightened it down with the impact . He left and I was on my way getting home after one of the worst rain showers this year ! John treated me like family !! He was very professional and respectful and really friendly and he cared about me and the situation I was in stranded on highway-# 23 north . I would definitely use this tow company for anything I had to do with towing a vehicle, or road side assistance !! I would definitely use Statewide Emergency Road Services . Sincerely and honestly Mark ! Thank you 🙏🏼 again John”

“Very kind and professional. Had a horrible experience trying to call Brewer's Towing so I was honestly really nervous to call Fox Towing. They were so incredibly helpful and patient with me. The man I spoke with really kept it short and sweet and was even concerned about how long Varsity Ford might take fixing my car so he gave me great advice to check the different dealerships' turn around time so that I wouldn't be stuck without my car for too long. They even charged me less than what I had been quoted at Brewers. Will absolutely use them again if we need someone. Highly recommend.”
