“I had a cargo trailer pop off the ball on a crack in the road on M14 in the construction zone. (imagine there is a bad road in Michigan) I waited for 2 1/2 hours for Bad Sam roadside assistance, and gave up as they 'tried to find someone'. I called Mayflower Towing, they were there in 15 minutes and fixed the issue. Rick is super smart and helpful and made sure everything was 100% correct, even to the point of follwing me to the next exit to make certain. If I could give 10 stars, I would. They are good folks, and do a good job at a very reasonable rate.”

“I called this company after locking my keys in the car and freaking out because me and my 3 year old were locked out of the car and our home. This man that runs this company was locking up for the night and was so kind to come out of his way to help a younger mother in a bind. It was truly one on the kindest things I’ve had happen to me. He was there within 20 minutes, the first company I called said about an hour. He gave me his card and it’s just absolutely so nice to know some businesses still care and treat a complete stranger like family.”

It was actually , Bill the owner, who we had dealt with before... Bill was working hard w many calls this frigid day ..he even said he would leave the key and note in the garage' s drop box so we would not have to go over..we appreciate your speedy service and have confidence in your company ?”
