βWe unfortunately had some issues with our transmission. Living 45 minutes away, the shop was extremely accommodating. They do not BS and genuinely want what is best for the customer. Cody is absolutely fantastic and would highly recommend. Also, the free inspection saved us. We are very thankful for this shop.β

βAdam Blackwell in the Service department is a Rock Star! He demonstrated the following attributes: Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Enthusiasm and Service. Adam CARES! Adam and the service tech (Danielle - another Rock Star!) recommended service on my vehicle that was needed that I overlooked. They were able to respond with the needed service within the time constraint I placed, to ensure that when I left the service department, my vehicle would be operated in the safest possible manner. Too bad that the rating stops at 5 Stars... I would have rated higher, if possible.β
βThe service manager was very professional. He sent me an email detailing the diagnosis/courtesy inspection that was performed on my vehicle. Told me if I had any questions to please call.
He also called after sending the email asking me if I had any further questions and qouted me the price.
In the email he gave me a list of routine maintenance that needed to be done as well as the cost.
He included various pictures of my vehicle.
They provide a shuttle vehicle gives you a ride home while your vehicle is getting serviced. They will also pick you up once your vehicle is finished.
I plan on going back and getting the other services done.
Rons garage is now my go to shop for my automotive repair needs.

βThis is for February 2026. Mighty slippery out where I live. Little roads with somewhat steep sides where etc edge of the road can be buried under snow and you don't know quite where it is. I slipped down one side of the road, sideways - into the ditch. No getting out. Tow truck came and rescued me. Snow was packed into all the wheel wells. Had to go to Sesi Mazda.
Doug, (service manager explained things in understandable ways - again greatly appreciated). Showed me where the snow had caked into ice. Explained possibilities, including wheel align. Price was Ok with me. He'd call if more was found. Nothing was. Work was done wonderfully and in a timely fashion.
Car nicely washed before I left - it always is. . Excellent place, Sesi Mazda. Doug is superb Repair Shop Manager. I trust him and Sesi completely. Been going there for six years.β

βI had a great experience here when I went in for a brake inspection and tire rotation. They said I still had some life in my brake pads and identified a battery terminal issue that could lead to some issues down the line (the terminals were incredibly rusty and I had been ignoring it lol) and they did great work. Chuck and Mike at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service is so awesome. It really helped me out while my car was in the shop. Mark, the shuttle driver, was so nice, personable, and a joy to talk to. Don't sleep on this shop, they do good work and won't try to sell you services you don't need!β

βI really can't believe this place exists. I was on a trip when a warning lights came on. I called the closest Nissan dealership to my location. I was surprised to have the person on the other end of the phone say, if you can get it to me we will look at it ASAP. What a relief. It ended up being an oxygen sensor that they were able to replace and get me back on the road. I was already looking for hotels to spe d the night, but it wasn't necessary. Matt and his staff did a fantastic job and made me feel like my satisfaction mattered. Thank you.β

βThe owner, Edgar, is very experienced and knowledgeable. I discovered GTM by accident when I was traveling from Detroit to Chicago. I pulled over for a quick stop in Ann Arbor and by serpentine belt snapped when I started the car back up. It was late in the day and no one else could get me in. Edgar was helpful and flexible and they got the repair done right and done fast, and at a lower price than if I had gone elsewhere. Top notch. I’m going back for my brakes next week and will use them for all my repairs going forward.β

βMy hood latch cable snapped this winter and I couldn’t get it open by myself, despite being able to see the latch release behind my front grille. After bring quoted $650 at the Subaru dealership and over $1k at Convenience Auto on Liberty, I took it to Dylan. They were able to get it done for $90 within 24h with the new OEM hood latch and cable I had purchased myself. They were professional and respectful, and I’m pleased with the quality of work. Would definitely recommend!β
