I rented from Varsity Management for two years and had a great experience. They were easy to rent with and quick to remedy issues. I was lucky to get a recently renovated apartment - which was really nice!! Definitely benefits to renting from a locally owned firm who has a 24/7 team to help as needed.

I’ve lived in 2 Varsity properties - a studio in 418 E. Washington and then a 2 bedroom at 1015 W. Huron (kitchen is amazing and I had a covered parking spot which was great in the winter). I loved living at both of these apartments and highly recommend them. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I’ve been incredibly impressed with Varsity Management’s dedication to restoring older homes. They handcraft the details with a level of care that’s rare to find these days.
