Came in to transfer lines and get a new phone. After transferring lines, the customer service rep was MIA. No one could find him. Waste of time at this store.

Went to this Verizon location to upgrade my phone. Was in store for 10 minutes and not one associate acknowledged or made eye contact with me. Walked out after that. Check in monitors not working and inventory was low on floor. Verizon you can do better.

I move from T-Mobile cus some issue with service but hope having a welcome experience with Verizon at the store did not happen wen to get my gift code or a rebate or promotion did not happen they give great service just if you willing to get new phone as i said it’s really disappointed as a new costumer I’m sorry but i was costumer on T-Mobile for more than 15 years heaving up to 10 lines anyways as I said I will move to other company that care for their costumers thanks

This store is designed to bait and switch its customers. From the long wait times to get service, the lack of seating and pushy salespeople, it is always a horrific experience. Use the Verizon call center instead as it is a much better experience

Beware of this place. They will do anything to get the sale and don’t have your best interest at heart. It’s taken me months calling customer service to get my issues resolved trying to undo what the representative did to my account. Verizon Corporate told me NOT to use them. Please be careful so you don’t have the same experience as I did.

I hope you have a whole afternoon to wait in the store for someone to come help you. Because after waiting 50 minutes when I was next in the queue, two employees disappeared completely into the back, one was helping an customer that came in after me and another guy was standing around chit chatting about a house he owns in a city 50 minutes away and where he grew up and what a great conversationalist the person was that he was talking to that he could be there all day long. This customer was also being helped by another employee completely. I left without being helped, I didn't know I was going to have to take a residency in the store.

Went into the store to upgrade my phone and transfer the service. The employees told me to call a phone number to transfer before I could upgrade. Spent an hour on the phone call just for them to tell me that I can’t transfer until I upgrade. The employees hate their job, don’t go here waste of time.

Beware the $29.99 fee to “set-up” a new phone (on top of the $35 activation fee). When I called the main Verizon customer service line they said they had never heard of that and they issued a refund.

The wait was a little long, but service was good. Care was taken to determine the trouble with my phone. The upgrade offer was good enough to bypass repair. I made the upgrade and am pleased, so far. :)

Entered at 1:40 to upgrade phone. Left at 4:45 after purchase and data transfer. That’s 3 hours plus. Very disappointed with overall experience. Probably will try another Verizon store next time.
Update - in the spirit of "giving another chance", the upgraded phone needs a new screen protector. Called ahead to see if the registered protector could be replaced and was told yes. Immediately went to the store and was told they didn't have them in stock. Just terrible.

Horrible experience
Representatives are extremely rude not friendly or accommodating at all. If the answer to every question is talk to the online agent what are they doing in store.

Horrible service ! Nobody acknowledges you when you walk in. Logan was completely rude , you can tell he completely hates his life . Will never return here again. Damon was professional and helped me get a new phone but unfortunately due to his coworker being a complete sneeze ball I will never come back

Shelelac tried her very best but you can tell the poor thing has and always will struggle through life. Verizon must get a tax break to employ her. She became very emotional and was unable to help me, but the manager fixed the issue in under 2 minutes.
Bless her heart, you can tell life has been very unfair to her and she doesn’t have much education. But good for her for working! I bet if she completes an entire year with being on time everyday she’ll get a pizza party!🥳

I would just like to thank the entire staff and sales associates that were in the Ann Arbor saline Rd. store today. 6/13/24 They went above and beyond to help me figure out the issue I was having with The corporate side of Verizon.
