Hi have an OTC benefits card. It never works at this location, but it does at the Walgreens at Washtenaw/Harris. One time I really needed the medicine so I paid for it out of pocket. This is like a bait and switch operation.

I've been a customer here for about 7 years. High employee turnover and the pharmacy employees were awesome so not sure where the problem is? Tried 3 times this week to pick up my prescriptions at drive thru. Always 7-11 vehicles in line. Please HIRE some people and keep them!
