“Excellent! Our Dodgeville storage unit was neat and clean. We used the U-Haul app to make a reservation and to continue with monthly rental payments. Everything was super easy, fair priced, and convenient. But what was really exceptional is the manager Jolena. I had a concern with my unit, and she not only went to check on it for me, she sent me pictures to confirm all is well. I would highly recommend!”
“I've gotten units here a couple times. The process of renting a unit is pretty easy. It is a little inconvenient to have to drive to Atlantic Mine to get the paperwork done, but it was a pretty easy process, and the staff is always nice there. They plow around the units, but if you rent in the winter make sure you bring a shovel, as the snow all gets piled up in front of the doors. I also had some ice build up which made closing the door quite difficult at one point. Put your stuff on pallets!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They never mentioned anything about it before, but water will get in and stuff sitting on the floor can get ruined.”
