“Just moved in, great area versus unit I had before at SROA on centre, which was dirty and unit was full of stink bugs and mice and they do not use any type of pest deterrents, some of my stuff was ruined by mice (SROA) not osprey. Osprey is very clean and no trees to attract bugs, they use mice deterrents from rose exterminators I think, the location is great and I feel more comfortable storing my stuff here, plus SROA was 194.00 month, with mice included. Started out at 87.00 month, and now almost 200.00 for 10 x 15. Got same size at osprey for 138.00 month.”
