His patience, understanding and kindness are a lot of traits that you don’t find in the customer service industry anymore. I haven’t rented the storage unit in over 25 years. I’m currently going through a transition in life, working hard, building myself back up, and even writing a book. While I was there getting my unit set up, I mentioned I’d grab a lock on my next check. Without me asking for anything, they were moved by my story and blessed me with a lock.
That meant more than they probably realize. It wasn’t about the lock — it was about being seen and supported during the process.
The pricing is fair, the place is clean, and the people are genuine. I’ve done a lot of reviews, and I don’t speak on places unless it’s real. This is one of those places.

“Easy to get in and out of and great location but the floor of the unit was dirty and unswept. I thought that should have been checked when the previous renter had left.”
“Excellent! Our Dodgeville storage unit was neat and clean. We used the U-Haul app to make a reservation and to continue with monthly rental payments. Everything was super easy, fair priced, and convenient. But what was really exceptional is the manager Jolena. I had a concern with my unit, and she not only went to check on it for me, she sent me pictures to confirm all is well. I would highly recommend!”

So further back you go you get no electricity.
