“After 7 months of my truck sitting with a blown engine I finally was able to have it scheduled for an engine rebuild. My truck was in Akron MI. and I needed it to go to Almont MI. I called multiple different tow companies however, nobody wanted the job because of the distance and time it would take to make the round trip. The shop that is rebuilding my engine put me in touch with Jason. Jason didn’t make me feel as if the job was a burden and would take it just to make a few bucks, from the day he called to schedule a pick up to the pick up day he was a pleasure to work with and the communication was above and beyond. Being a small business owner myself my truck is an important part of my day to day, having it down for 7 months was rough and not being able to find a company willing to get if from point A to point B was getting super stressful. I travel a lot for work so being on the road making all these calls and dealing with companies that didn’t wanna give me the time of day was exhausting. I am so grateful to be able to support another small business and knowing my truck was in good hands makes things less stressful! Thank you fox towing for going above and beyond.
