I got my new phone and switched form T mobile. 10/10 experience it was fast and super easy. I forgot the guys name helping me out but he did an amazing job!

If you request Internet through them do NOT fall for the sale guy they send to try to get you to switch your mobile service. I'd been with the same company 18 years so you know it had to be something good to get me to switch. He said free phone (with 30 month contract) and $63 flat rate month for bill. First bill was 186 and they told me "sorry I misunderstood". Nope I have it in writing. They went on to tell me I couldn't cancel as it was past the 14 day buyer remorse & that if I did I couldn't take my number that I've had 18 years. Common sense tells anyone that I wouldn't have gone from 50/month to 186/month. Nobody would.
