Each apartment, loft, and townhome features a private entrance, an elegant gas fireplace, central air conditioning, a private balcony, spacious walk-in closets, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a garbage disposal, a carport, and more. Resident amenities include 24-hour on-site maintenance, a swimming pool with a waterfall and a sunbathing deck, a fully equipped fitness center, tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, and a gazebo and picnic area. The maintenance team, including Jason, John, and Jesse, are praised for their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to go above and beyond to address residents' needs, such as replacing a screen, fixing a broken garbage disposal, and providing a free bottle of drain cleaner. However, some residents have experienced issues with noise from neighboring units and the management of the community's waste disposal system.
