Don’t place an online order & show up during regular business hours. Been waiting over 25 mins for someone to come open the store back up. The note says took a short break brb but like I said it’s over 25 mins

Please hire professional employees that open the store on time. Do not have employees walking around on their cellphone while there is a line of customers outside of the door.

Was here earlier today and know exactly which shoe we wanted to buy for my daughter. came back at 7:45 since store hours say closing at 8. Screen was shut and clerks say they are closed. Still not 8 when posting this review and now I have an upset daughter. Will never buy from this chain.
