After quite the fiasco getting my new fridge around Christmas, the delivery service did not use correct screws to put on my freezer door and I've been without use for weeks. It's not Lows fault. Double check after they deliver your items as they use an outside contractor.”

“Nice big store with everything you need and usually better prices than home depot. The layout for trim is really good and I like the lumbar yard in the back. I shop here a lot. The rebate is enticing and I have received all rebates except one. I had to email the rebate center but eventually received it. Pretty helpful associates. Wish the rebate was online instead of snail mail and I did quit shopping here when they had an armed guard for covid mask policing.”

“Very nice Ace Hardware. I am so glad that they have a hardware store right near me. The staff is friendly and helpful and answers questions with ease. It is very clean, it is good sized hardware store. It has ample parking. It is also close to a pharmacy as well as a grocery store. It saves me time, going to the big box stores.”

Recently, I walked in with a faulty door latch and Bill set me up on the spot with interim parts and got the latch working so I had a functional door lock while I wait for the lifetime warranty Baldwin parts to arrive. Well... fans are put up for the season, and Dave a guy from the paint department along with a guy from lumber that I apologize don't remember his name. “Parking is plentiful, but access to the store can be tricky and confusing until you do it a few times. It's at the end of the east mall on top of a hill. Great selection of plants in the garden department, and the employees are super helpful and courteous. Appears to be a clean, well run facility.”
