“As a builder in Michigan who values good materials, communication and outstanding services I have been nothing but pleased with Dillman and Upton! With them being apart of the Man’s family you know you can count on them! Nick Man’s is a super helpful and eager guy who is very knowledgeable in the products the sell. Our business will not use another supplier!”

“Amy from customer service saved the day. Their delivery drop the ball. I live in a condo complex. The driver dropped my purchase at a whole different part of my neighborhood. He took a picture of a tree. Not an address not a condo. But a tree. Anyway, Amy saved the day and made it right. I usually use the Macomb Twp HD. Utica is just as close. I will use that store now”

“Matt and Maddie helped me 6-25-25 with my return. I had some trouble finding my receipt and they were able to access my card account and help me get the issue resolved. So happy I don’t have to haul that entry door back and try and dig up the receipt. They went above and beyond what was necessary. I love this location and all it workers. I shop at many locations and I love this one the best!! Thank again for the excellent customer service”
