Specifically walked into the store because I was getting the run around online with customer service for transferring lines. I walked into this store to speak to humans and have humans support my issue, but I was handed a piece of paper with a phone number to call in lieu of humans helping me in the store. So I’ve been wasting hours of my life and getting error messages for something people at the store just didn’t want to help. Plus the phone number they provided to me got me to a self-service line that asked me for a PIN that I did not have, then routed me to an agent and he had error messages on the Verizon side too. This is 3rd time I am attempting to transfer my phone lines to a new account. Why is this so hard?! And why can’t store locations give people FaceTime and human support without pushing us out a door with a stupid phone number?

Maybe I had a rare experience? But they were nice to me, some rude customers but the workers were polite. Once they finished with thier customers I was greeted and in and out within 20 minutes. I love my new phone and hope the service is as good as the buying experience. Thanks yall for the great speedy assistance.

Check in when you get there and someone will put your name on the list to be helped by a associate. The staff was on top of there game and helped me get a new phone and it all set up. Would be back if I'm in the area.

Customer service was so poor. Waited for 45 minutes when there wasn’t even many customers in front of me. The client service seems like a unimportant factor to them.

Long time customer of Verizon. Stopped in to see about upgrading my phone and to see what's available. The Customer service was terrible, no acknowledgement of customers as they walk in and once I was with an associate they acted as though I was bugging them and couldn't be bothered to give me the time of day. I was so unhappy I left the store with no upgrade and instead drove across the street to T-Mobile and signed a new contract and canceled with Verizon due to how terrible my experience was at this location.

Terrible customer service. I don’t have the time or energy to get into it all but I would suggest avoiding this place.Please save your vanilla and lazy customer response, it doesn’t appear that you have helped anyone with the 1 star reviews.

We have been to this location twice and the Birmingham location, we love our specialist kaleb! Very friendly and helpful! Wouldn’t go to anyone else! Go kaleb!
