Customer service was so poor. Waited for 45 minutes when there wasn’t even many customers in front of me. The client service seems like a unimportant factor to them.

Long time customer of Verizon. Stopped in to see about upgrading my phone and to see what's available. The Customer service was terrible, no acknowledgement of customers as they walk in and once I was with an associate they acted as though I was bugging them and couldn't be bothered to give me the time of day. I was so unhappy I left the store with no upgrade and instead drove across the street to T-Mobile and signed a new contract and canceled with Verizon due to how terrible my experience was at this location.

Terrible customer service. I don’t have the time or energy to get into it all but I would suggest avoiding this place.Please save your vanilla and lazy customer response, it doesn’t appear that you have helped anyone with the 1 star reviews.

We have been to this location twice and the Birmingham location, we love our specialist kaleb! Very friendly and helpful! Wouldn’t go to anyone else! Go kaleb!

Something wrong with y’all taking advantage of the elderly, shame on y’all!This store sold an 80 year old woman an $800. phone. She barely texts or uses google. I only recently found this out as I was helping her with her bills. She doesn’t remember who sold her the phone but Verizon confirmed the phone was purchased at this location.

I went here on august 1, 2023, the girl at the door was super nice and sweet (I didn’t get her name) but she was super nice and helpful.Then I went and Dustin helped me, he literally went above and beyond to help me and get my phone set up (which was a pain) cause I ordered online and I had to transfer from another company.But Dustin helped me, he made sure thatMy phone was up and running before I left the store.He welcomed me to Verizon, and I’m super happy!! Thank you both for welcoming me and helping me. I hope you guys both see this!! Keep up the good work!! You are awesome and I’m thankful for you!!Your customer service deserves more then 5 stars. This is a wicked company ..I would not recommend this company to anybody...They lie about everything..My bill was $80. But got a billFor $149.I went to cricket I got better service for $55. A month

I wish I did not have to go to this Verizon store. They have always had horrible customer service and rude employees. Whoever processed our order tied the wrong Sim card to each of our numbers. Good thing tech support helped us out over the phone. Those lazy guys at the store said it would be 30.00 per phone to help set up, and they couldn't help us an hour before they closed while they sat there playing on their phones.

This was the second Verizon store I went to, as the first location stated I needed to go to a corporate store. As I walked in I was asked by Tyler what I came in for, I calmly stated that I was having issues activating one of the two phones that came in the mail. The phone stated that the eSim was not compatible. From the start, Tyler had an attitude and came across very rude, almost as if I was bothering him. He gave me a piece of paper and told me to call the number since he said that they’ll basically be doing the same thing he was going to do, then proceeded to walk away. I then sat on the phone inside the Verizon store, on the phone with Verizon, with someone who was actually able to fix my issue after almost an hour. I almost regret switching to Verizon after my experience here.

Added 5 lines to a new account at this store. They charged me a set up fee to my credit card and lied to me and said it was an activation fee that customer service would credit back. They didn’t set any phone up for me and just handed me all the SIM cards. All the set up was done by me. I was also suppose to get rebates and they lied to me saying I would get a notification within 24 hours and never did. I also was never asked about insurance but they just decided to automatically add it to my account without my permission. This store committed fraud by charging h my credit card for fees without my authorization. Now I have a big mess I’m trying to fix with customer service. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE THEY LIE TO YOUR FACE!

Dude was absolutely no help kept mumbling under his breath so we couldn't here a thing he told us had no idea what we was talking about didint answer one of our questions didint even understand when we asked him if there was a deposit like he couldent comprehend what we was saying to him so we just walked out after 20 min of babbling
