Two days before visiting here, I had just purchased a new watch from the other Shinola Outlet in Grand Rapids but mine had quit working unexpectedly! After some troubleshooting, he offered to replace it completely since he had one in stock.Even though this trip here was completely unplanned, I was so thankful for the care he showed towards the situation.
