“I just a an absolutely amazing time at the Brietling boutique. Ms. Lauren and her incredible trainee John were beyond what I expected. They were friendly, knowledgeable, funny and best of all very personable. They treated me as though I were royalty (even though I'm just some shlub off the street) they explained how the process would work (I was sending out an older Brietling watch) and they treated it as though were a holy relic. That is to say that aside from complimenting the watch, they were very respectful of it to in how they both handled it. I will certainly be going there again. It was a wonderful experience.”
