Toyota's website was not super clear (this coming from a former Toyota engineer), but he helped me locate what I needed and I've now got my parts on order. “I’ve had my truck in twice for bodywork. (I have to admit, I love this truck more than any other vehicle I’ve owned.)The first time was for front end damage, and it took 2 days longer than estimated. The work was done right, so it wasn’t a big deal at all. I was very happy with the outcome.The second time was rear end/bumper work, and they finished 2 days early, and under the estimate. My only gripe was that it took so long to get my truck in, but Im very understanding about it. This is just the way the world is now. It’s hard to find good help, and costs of everything is up, especially labor on their side.All in all, I am extremely happy with my experience, and would gladly WAIT to give them my business again.Good job guys! “If you are checking for a part online or placing a order for pickup call ahead. Inventory is not always correct. Got to the store to pickup order, got confirmation that order was ready for pickup, to learn that part was not available. Looked up a upgrade part that is "available " to learn that that part was out of stock also. Wasted trip in to town.”
