Dropped the truck off thurs. the following tues. it was done and pristine condition inside and out, like new.
The bumper, taillight, top of bed liner removed to fix the damage about the size of a basketball. The whole right side of the box repainted.
Excellent work, excellent service. Austin the manager kept me up to date the whole time.

“Went in there today for some slide pins for my truck, the young lady at the counter had just sold the last pair earlier in the morning. She immediately started looking on the computer and found a set in a caliper set. She pulled them and order a set for tomorrow to replace the kit she sold us. I am floored on the customer service. “My family's van broke down on July 3rd while we were out of town. Carquest Auto Parts came to assist us on the side of the road. They came with cold waters for all of us, had a tow truck lined up to bring the van to Heritage Chevrolet, and even loaned us their boss' vehicle for the day to enjoy the air show. They lined up a radiator from the next town over, and went and got it for us the same day. They went above and beyond to help some strangers out. I cannot praise Mike and his team enough. Truly amazing people! They are and were a blessing!”

“Bought a 2022 Lincoln Corsair from Carvana. It showed up with a seat needing a repair (hard shell separation from leather and common for Corsairs). Carvana warranty sent me to Gerber on Capital for the repair. Chad and Allison were AMAZING! Super simple process for a customer. Didn’t take long to repair and they cleaned my car better than Carvana did at delivery! lol. Hoping I don’t need them again but will for sure go there on my own, if I do.”
