“Courtney & Manuel were very polite, understanding and helpful. As soon as anyone steps through the door they are immediately greeted and helped asap. at&t customer support line and the automated system is the second worst I have ever dealt with, only one worse is Xfinity and that bar is through the floor. That being said, Courtney had me out the door with my problem solved within minutes, something the customer service line couldn't do in 2 whole days.”
