“Fisher came out to fill my neighbors propane on a rainy day and tore up my lawn. It was the manager (mike) filling it , he came to my door and let me know. He was out the next week fixing it above and beyond expectations.”
“Everyone I've talked to has always been super helpful and friendly. The drivers are sneaky silent, lol, and half the time I don't even realize they stopped by! I have pre-pay as that is how I prefer it. Service has always been within 10 days and the two times I didn't pay attention to our tank and let it go almost out (shut off before it was empty), they were able to fill within 3-4 days. They made sure to ask if we have an alternate source of heat, which we do. They are a business; they cannot work miracles though they try to accommodate.”
