“The original contract was with U-Haul Moving & Storage of Battle Creek of 5740 Buckley Rd Battle Creek MI.
We had a reservation in 10 days prior to our pickup they rented our trailer 10 minutes before we arrived. Extremely frustrating no offer of compensation. Made us drive 15 minutes to urbandale Hardware to pick up trailer.
We did have a flat tire and the U-Haul roadside was great. 90 minutes new tire and back on the road.”
