About Eco Wash
Based on reviews, Eco Wash is a go-to car wash in the Battle Creek area for touchless washing and rinsing. Customers love that it is fully touchless with no brushes, keeping vehicles nice and shining. The automatic wash does an ok basic job without damaging the car, though sometimes nothing comes out during the cycle and the dryer can be mostly useless. The manual self-wash bays have card readers and work well, but birds nests in the rotating arm can cause a wrestling match to get around the bay; however, management cleaned them out. There were issues with a clogged manual bay and a bay that did nothing after swiping a card, but the customer service is super great and apologetic, with refunds given. The vacuums work good but run time is short. The receipt website does not have Battle Creek listed as a city. Despite minor frustrations, Eco Wash is a really great neighborhood car wash with a modern and convenient area. Customers drive from across town to avoid dirty cloth strips from other washes. A good value under ten dollars, customers drive away with a smile.

Love this carwash, I live in Urbandale/Springfield area but during winter I drive here once a week. Love how its fully touchless. I trust this place with my 2016 Camaro. Keeps it nice and shining with NO BRUSHES. Just wish there were multiple locations in the Battle Creek area. Would make bank for sure.

Normally it's a nice place to wash your vehicle but Yesterday the 3rd bay towards the gas station did nothing after swiping my card, started charging and timer ran but nothing would come out of the hose. And what code would you use for the vacuum? Just make it a card swipe too 🤦
