“Great place but a little weird I was there for a 3 day reunion payed at 10 am next day I was at a reunion Breakfast at 7 am came back and no power and I was told I had to pay at 10 am why not let a customer pay for the 3 day since you where attending a reunion does not make sense I am here for 3 let pay for 3 or 2 or 4 especially they knew my sercustace other wise great place great Employees the casino as well”

Pd With My Debit Card, Got My Receipt n Proceeded to the Wash Area.
The Workers Guided Me in and Started their initial Spray Job to get rid of Excess Leaves n Dirt before the Wash.
Went thru the Wash with Ease n Car Came out Very Clean n Dry!!
I Was Satisfied with The Outcome,

“I spent many years installing and maintaining car washes. This is hands down the best tunnel wash in Battle Creek. They have a free hand wipe down, free vacuums, free towels for self drying, and window cleaner for self cleaning, free mat cleaner. They offer other sevices also, interior clean and full detailing. Grrrrrreat car wash! More bang for your buck!”

I washed my car 3 times in a row in order to get the dirt road off and they were happy to help me do so by power washing the problem/stubborn areas with a smile on their faces.
Edit: they now only allow 2 carwash each day. That doesn't sound unlimited to me.”

“Love this carwash, I live in Urbandale/Springfield area but during winter I drive here once a week. Love how its fully touchless. I trust this place with my 2016 Camaro. Keeps it nice and shining with NO BRUSHES. Just wish there were multiple locations in the Battle Creek area. Would make bank for sure.”
“As long as the high pressure soap works...great! Would like to know the chemicals being mixed though. Some detergents strip the wax off the vehicle. That's a bad thing. Posting the chemicals for users to know would be best.”

“Whitewater Express on Beckley Drive is hands down the best car wash service in town!!!! I love how well my car is cleaned, having access to the vacuums and floor mat cleaners is beyond helpful with the amount of use my van gets! Three kids and a dog in tow makes for a messy vehicle at the end of the week and one trip to Whitewater makes it feel like it was just detailed at a fraction of the price!
The customer service is top notch! Zachary is always greeting me with a smile and a willingness to help. I sincerely appreciate all his efforts as well as those who work with him!
