“Jack (I believe I got his name right, may have been Justin) and Jonathan were incredibly knowledgeable, kind, down to earth, and just downright perfect technical experts!

They were able to troubleshoot and fix my software issue that Google Support was even unable to resolve or even diagnose. All in less than 30minutes!

I have not experienced their kind of technical expertise and personality mixed in one prior to this experience/visit. They have made me a loyal customer after this experience, and I will 1000% for sure be back following this visit.

I am very teck savvy in my own right, but these guys listened to my concerns and factored what I had to say into their own troubleshooting; which made me feel very comfortable in trusting them with my device.
