The paint guy really needs to know what kind of paint they sell. He says we don't carry oil based paint. Then my ass walks down the isle because I never believe what anyone say...I got to check for myself and wow to my surprise there was some oil base paint. Other than that it's just your normal hardware store. But walmart is cheaper!

Alot of lazy people work there and after today I will never do business with that store again.
The store manager did call me as I requested. No solutions just excuses. There were 4 employees standing at the Pro desk doing no work, just talking to each other. This store will not stay in business without exceptional customer service. Again I will never set foot in the Battle Creek store again.

Just as I predicted. You are now forced to use self check out. I thought working for free was illegal. Checking myself out and bagging my groceries is called being a cashier. I can't wait till people catch on. There should always be a cashier in duty to check me out in a reasonable time. I will not be returning to this location, and will continue to excercise my right to not use self checkout, aka, slave labor.

Drier showed up late, had 4 botched deliveies burned 4 vacation days and still don't have my drier. Horrible service.
I gave them another chance today and they canceled half my order due to not in stocks. As it turns out everything was in stock but they can't uncancel what they canceled. I have to buy it again even tho I haven't gotten the original money back yet. Absolutely pathetic
