Lowe's Home Improvement has nice and knowledgeable staff. The store is clean and the people working there are helpful. They give good deals and are attentive to customers' needs. Some customers have had great experiences with the staff, who go above and beyond to assist them. The store has a wide selection of products, including tools, and is a fun place to be in. However, some customers have had less desirable experiences, feeling like they bother the staff by asking for help. Overall, Lowe's Home Improvement is a convenient place to shop, with excellent customer service and professional delivery drivers.
Tool are expensive but they are very helpful and have everything I'll ever need

We are thinking of moving. Needed to go to Lowes for boxes and supplies. Just wanted to say that the young gentleman named Jim helped me check out. I had lots of boxes and other stuff. He took it all to my truck and put it in the truck for me. Jim is an outstanding Lowe's employee and I thank him!
