“The staff was very helpful. They have everything you would need (plus some) to move in the retail shop. I was a little disappointed in how close to empty the truck was when I picked it up. The truck itself was very clean in the cab and box.”
“Battle Creek Rental, specifically Phil, could not have been better. Phil embodies the concept of providing service to his customers. After having a less than satisfactory experience with another Uhaul location, Phil bailed me out securing a truck that exceeded my needs for the same price as the other location. He did all this in less than a week. I can't thank him enough for how he handled my situation. BCRental, and Phil will be my go to location for Uhaul and any other rentals in my future. If you want excellent service, choose Battle Creek Rental. I highly recommend them. Again, thanks Phil.”
“The original contract was with U-Haul Moving & Storage of Battle Creek of 5740 Buckley Rd Battle Creek MI.
We had a reservation in 10 days prior to our pickup they rented our trailer 10 minutes before we arrived. Extremely frustrating no offer of compensation. Made us drive 15 minutes to urbandale Hardware to pick up trailer.
We did have a flat tire and the U-Haul roadside was great. 90 minutes new tire and back on the road.”

“This was the authorized dealer from which I purchased a shed. The shed was built by The Amish in Indiana and is a great product. It was delivered fully assembled and free of charge. I have purchased other items from this hardware store. Their customer service is wonderful. They treat me, an elderly black woman, with respect and patience. Which is smart because I am a paying customer. I plan to purchase another small building through this store this spring, 2024.”
