“One must be a subscribing member to Sam's Club to use the Gas Station. One can't just drive up and use the pumps. I think that the amount I save in fuel costs pays for more than half of the membership cost, however. I do like that there's only one direction to drive up to the pump and I also love how easy it is to use the Sam's Club app to use the gas pump and pay for the fuel. I dont even need my debit card at all to put fuel in my car, just my phone.
With the Battle Creek, Michigan location, there's 2 drawbacks. First of all, during busy times, you have to wait in one of the several lines of cars to get to a pump and that can take 10 minutes sometimes, or more. Feels like forever when I'm in a hurry! And at the end of the pumps, the concrete isnt even and it slants towards the pumps. When it rains or there's a lot of snow melting, anyone at the middle pumps has to walk through and stand in 1-1.5 inch deep water to get out of their car and pump fuel. When the water puddle is there, depending on the amount of water, it makes one to two pumps useless on one side unless you're wearing waterproof shoes. Add that to the busy times and you've really got a wait on your hands.
There are only 2 options for fuel - unleaded and premium - at Sam's Club, but their lower prices keep them some of the cheapest fuel in town and always worth the wait for me.”
“When you have chronic health issues one of the most important things is to have a good pharmacy to work with and this pharmacy and the staff should be the industry standard. Hannah, Bonnie, and the rest of the staff are so friendly, humorous, empathetic and very good at their jobs! They will work hard to resolve any insurance and dosing issues. You can have your prescriptions filled while you shop or use the app or call them and it could be ready within the hour. Switching to Sams Club Pharmacy in Battle Creek was one of the best health decisions I ever made! A+++!”
“The mechanic was really helpful because he showed me which tires actually needed to be changed. I didn’t have to waste extra money replacing good tires, S-tier service!”
“The Battle Creek location is obviously suffering from a lack of reliable employees. But everything seems clean and it appears they are at least TRYING to keep up-allbeit without any semblance of efficiency.
Kid-friendliness: I take my kids, it's pretty affordable”
“Love this store. Clean and lots of stuff. I wish they would put limits on things like toilet paper. If I go several times throughout the week and can't get something simple like toilet paper that's odd. Especially when ppl can roll out w pallets of it.”
“I love this store. Mind you, I don't drink but go there because of the variety of items that I can usually only find in Chicago. The gentleman who is always there is respectful, kind and always has time to converse with you. He is also very intelligent and can discuss a multitude of subjects with you. I drive past three stores just to visit his because of the amazing customer service. The store is always clean or being cleaned when I'm there and that's a plus too as I'm usually running from one job to the next and don't have much time! Check them out! You won't be disappointed!”
