Impeccable service. Got a gallon of sealer and at checkout not one but two employees made sure to give me stirring sticks and a tool to open the canister, both things I didn't even realize I needed. So thankful I purchased from this store where they truly took care of me.

Excellent customer service. Employee I asked for help wasn't sure what part I needed to get, but he got his boss. The boss was more than helpful and helped me get apart a corroded shower handle I had and helped me find a replacement handle and made sure it fit my stem. I appreciated the help.

The service you receive in the store is second to none. You are treated like yo are the only customer of the day in the store. I purchased a lawn mower and the sales associate not only went over the specifications, put gas and oil in it, but put it in my car for me.

Dont buy a simplicity. I bought a 6k 52 inch brood more and a bagger. The bagger is all plastic and it just plugs up. I asked this business if they sell a helper blower for the bagger and the worker said not really they don't work that much. Well the 40 year old simplicity had a blower and never plugged up. But this 550 dollar junk of junk bay City sold me is a jokeSave your 5k and buy a 40 years old simplicity and have the motor rebuiltThis new stuff is light trash.

They had exactly the power cord I was looking for to fit my 20 yr old coffee maker. I was approached within 30 seconds by a clerk who asked if I wanted help. He knew what I was looking for, where to find it in the store, and took me directly there.I will definitely be shopping here again!

Called this Ace Hardware to ask about changing out the float device from my toilet tank to possibly a newer device to try and save water, so was connected to someone named Ramerio. He talked to me like I was stupid, was very rude and tried to talk over me every time I told him about my toilet in the bathroom. When he didn't give me the information I needed, I ended up hanging up on him. After hanging up, I realized that this employee was very rude to me as a customer. So I decided to call back and talk to the manager to tell him how I was treated. When they connected me to the manager, he said "hello, this is Ramerio." So I said thank you and hung up. Wouldn't recommend going to this place if they talk to you like this when you call.
