“Haven't had a problem at all. Andrew and Ben were great. Got us our fridge here, hooked up for us, and showed how it worked. Very friendly as well. Will continue coming back when things need upgrades/breakdown.”
“Just a fast and fabulous experience! Zero hassle, zero bull! I was in and out with my new dryer with a 50% off coupon! I will be going back because they actually carry in-stock washers and dryers..maybe not all but to heck with lowes and home depot. A++++ on the manager and her 1st week trainee! Thank you”
“I visited the garden department and found everyone there very helpful and especially want note that the cashier Miranda was very helpful and friendly and makes you want to return to do more business with the Bay City, MI Home Depot.”
“Worst customer service desk in town. They need training on treating customers. Awful experience. When we consider where to go we think about the customer service desk ladies and head to Menards.
UPDATE: Visited the customer service desk recently and was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and kindness of the staff there. Congratulations on listening to your customers. We appreciate the positive attitude. Yes!”
“Any time I walk into a Menards, whether I need it now or later, I can find it there.
They have a large selection of items to choose from.
Also love their rebate program, it keeps me co.ing back.”
